I also agree with Edbert's thoughts as well.
I would just say the difference that stands out in my mind is what the Germans did was industrialized mass murder.
Camps built, people rounded up, train schedules kept.....
Alot of people woke up in the morning and went to "work"..... every day for a couple years.
