I'm trying to make a model of a rock crawler based on some pictures i found on the internet. I've gotten almost everything worked out. My main problem is a suspension system. Everything that i have found has been complete overkill. Everything is way too big. Is there any kits with a raised suspension system that i can pull from or is there any way to make my own?

I don't know how helpful this may be, but I get Four Wheeler magazine and they specialize in real crawlers and there are all sorts of references to what type of chassis/axle/ suspensions they use (both stock and aftermarket). I don't remember any articles specifically on this vehicle, but I would wager you could explore this at your local Barnes and Noble etc and cross reference kits/AM parts from the parts you think would match work. Hope this helps.

Also did a little search on Google and found this link with Dana 60 resin parts for starters. Looks like this could help it's called "Off Road Model Parts Database"
