Well locomotive as per the instructions and box art. We had five VW Beetles in our family over 20+ years so are very interested in them.

I had one many years ago. Painted and chromed engine, detrimmed, smoothed out body.
Sold it to pay for first marriage.

Two things I did wrong there....

This our youngest son's car about thirty years ago, we had some welding and paint done and rebuilt ourselves!

Yes the Centrelines were paramount. I now use the scale versions on various builds!

Just put this together whilst waiting for another delivery! I don't have facilities to mix paints so left the body as supplied! Plus I couldn't find how to paint whitewalls or decals to use!
