Thank you!Wow! What a beaut!
With such a large wingspan, the slightest discrepancy would be very apparent... You nailed it.

Thank you!I'm sure you can see every problem it has—but to me it looks gorgeous.
Thank you!Really nice build. Well done. Makes me want to build a bomber.
Thank you!Awesome result, that looks fantastic!
It looks great! Did it come with a ball turrets in the belly?Calling this one done. Don't look too closely as there are a lot of things that could have gone better, but considering what I started with, I'm happy with the outcome. It's a good 3 foot model. (looks good from 3 feet away) The decals were awesome to work with, I'm very happy that I went with them.
Thank you! Yes, it has the ball turret which was retracted when on the ground. If you look at the third picture in the second post of pics, the full right side, you can see the gun barrels below the star and bar marking. It looks great! Did it come with a ball turrets in the belly?
Thank you!Ya sure nailed that one!!!!!!!

I hear ya! I've sent repeated emails, but kits keep showing up on my doorstep!Sprue Brothers
You've got a styrene monkey on your back … just like the rest of us!I hear ya! I've sent repeated emails, but kits keep showing up on my doorstep!
Thank you! I hear what you're saying about Sprue Brothers. I keep saying I don't need any more and "Oh, look what's on lightning deals!" happens. Hasegawa 1/48 F-22 was the last one.Very nice build! Makes me want to add a B-24 to the stash. But after my last order from Sprue Brothers I promised myself I'd knock out at least four kits before buying any more.![]()
It's designed to be in the retracted position, I believe. It's supposed to be added as a unit into the fuselage but I modified it so that I could add it after I painted. There are some stubs sticking out in the middle of the support arms that lead me to believe that you could model the turret in the lowered position if you wanted to but it would probably hit the ground if the aircraft is sitting on the gear.Ahhh...
Now that you told me where to look I can see it.
Do you have to build it in the up or down position? Or is it retractable?
"lightning deals"??? I did. It know about this!Thank you! I hear what you're saying about Sprue Brothers. I keep saying I don't need any more and "Oh, look what's on lightning deals!" happens. Hasegawa 1/48 F-22 was the last one.
On the Sprue Brothers website, click on the menu tab and scroll down almost to the bottom. You'll find Lightning Deals. Random stuff about 60% off retail prices that are only on sale for a short time. I'm warning you though, there's stuff that you absolutely need waaay too often. It changes pretty much every day."lightning deals"??? I did. It know about this!
Every week they have a sale on certain manufacturers. No hate here, but the discounts drop things to a great price, but a price you can find elsewhere."lightning deals"??? I did. It know about this!
See now I don't like their website very much which is why I don't go on it very often. I feel like it's very unorganized kind of like one of those old stores that has a ton of stuff but it's all just crammed in there with no rhyme or reason.Every week they have a sale on certain manufacturers. I love SB, and they are supporters of the hobby, their website is one of the best. But I am always a little bit afraid to see what the weekly sale items are!
