How can i paint the dark areas on the body. I have not had success with taping, usually pulls paint off and bleeds.

How can i paint the dark areas on the body. I have not had success with taping, usually pulls paint off and bleeds.

Good automotive pin striping tape, the kind good painters use to mask for striping. It is used to make the edge you want and comes in a few different withs, then use regular masking tape to protect the rest of the body. The tape is made to not bleed under, let the paint cure for at least 4 hrs before removing the tape, and if you have a good hand run a brand new razor blade lightly along the tape edge to make sure it wont pull.
