There is a "where's Waldo" element to these pics, where I made a major structural error but corrected it before the end of thread.
Can you find it? It's very obvious.

Jim.

A very impressive half!
Thanks Pat, Have finished trailer some time ago but never posted complete combo.
I'm so damned lazy about posting and recent rough recovery from a pretty devastating leg
injury has knocked me off the mark for some time now. I'm slowly getting back into the swing
though, hopefully.
Many other distractions keep me from the bench, I know I gotta slow down and delegate more
but it's tough.

Very well done!
I can't help but think that the real vehicle would have been a pain to drive around in. It's kind of all-or-nothing, if you want any ventilation in the crew compartment. Not to mention that the angle of the sides of the crew compartment would be great for letting the rain in!
Also, it seems odd that the welding cylinders are stored right outside the left side cabin door. I wonder if they had general safety officers back then? 😆

Other than the entire cab, il take steering wheel for $1000 Bob.
Yes!....but no. steering wheel was not installed yet throughout thread, I should have mentioned that this major correction
is visible in pics before and after outer cab was installed so the steering wheel does not qualify.
Since this was my omission no demerits for you my friend and you may try again if you wish.
Mind all, this was a mis-positioned feature but was corrected further into thread, and it is

quite prominent and not a tiny detail.

This particular version was the armored cab variant with the reasoning behind of which was to perform recovery operations under fire.
this was an afterthought for first offerings were un-armored. Creature comforts never were a consideration back in those days nor were
safety factors. Also the additional weight was an extra strain on the front suspension and a limited number were built as most operations
were conducted either behind the front lines or during operations after the war was over.

CORRECTION!....feature in question is correct in second and fourth pics and in-correct in last two pics,,,sorry about that:rolleyes:
