Torso removed, lower legs... then test fitting to see how much man-spread needs to be narrowed.
Yup... the worst are on the front fenders, I had sanded a bit, not as easy to sand as resin or styrene... if I don't correct further, I may just load em up with stowage... plenty of photos to reference.print lines

Just depends on how long it was in the field, given that it could have been oldish already since the Italians had been there for a while... if Mr. Googles is to be believed, actual production of the models used by the military stopped in 1938! And it was used extensively in colonial engagements before ww2, and first ww2 action starting in 1940 in North Africa and the Horn.Why would there be chipped paint or rust, though?
