Congrats, good luck and Wow, nice haul!I picked these up
I had the Skybow release. I built it when it was released. I'd like to think my skills have improved. I'm going to try again.Congrats, good luck and Wow, nice haul!
Eying that WC57/56, Pattonmobile!
I'm the fat guy in the middle.I picked these up at the AMPS show in Camp Hill in May. I won the 1/35 Soar Art Dora at the show as well. Its a BIG kit and our local 3 Rivers AMPS chapter is doing a group build on it. We start on 12 July. Wish us luck.

Yeah, great show and I liked the movie too... Kit was sent via stampede postBlue Thunder! I used to watch that show all the time when I was young(er than I think I still am).
I agree: if it's that old and in basically new condition, do not build it. He'll probably be able to sell it to a kit collector fairly easily as long as nothing happens to it like removing plastic, opening bags, etc. Buy a new one to actually build. He keeps asking me if I would build it for him. It almost seems like a sin to open the box.
I keep pointing out the value of the kit in its current state.
