Got the masts done and one coat of varnish. They are not fixed to the hull yet until the final varnish is applied. Now going to make a start on the rigging so that will be fun. Pantherman

Just to mention, none of this resembles a 15th century Galleon and don't even get me started on scale of the parts.

It's what the customer wants so I'm just going with it. It's driving me nuts. Pantherman

Started the rigging at last. Thought I was on the home straight when the client asked if I could add sails as her dad couldn't do them.

Having looked at the yards they were just not going to look right so I have taken them all apart and fitted new longer ones. Got to remember not to do such a good job next time, superglue and copper pins were used. Pantherman
