Yup, and it just kept getting better as you went along. Gotta go over the pics to understand how you did that.
This time i did not use any washes except on the cushions. Mainly I just used pigment powders.
I sprayed German armor brown for the base coat then a chipping fluid then Panzer Grey.

So... Gary, look at this detail: (click above to expand)

Look at the wheel.
Look at the the fender.
Like, really examine them.
Could it be done any better? I doubt it.
We all have different opinions, but seriously, if I were you, I'd be thinking: "How can I ever top that!"
You nailed it.

Crack open a cold one, sit yourself down, and take the time to admire some mighty fine model work.

Have to agree with Barley, outstanding job on the weathering. Pantherman

Thanks, brother!
This is the first time to use pigment from Vallejo.
So far, this has been a really fun build.

Way to lay down those pigments; I've had some kicking around, and I usually chicken out...
I've found them easy to work with once you get into it. I've learned a little goes along way, it's easy to overdo. It may look like you haven't done enough when they are still "dry", but after the pigment fixer is applied the colors really stand out after the fixer has dried.
You can scrub most of it off if not to your liking, and go back over it again. Multiple layers I think add to the overall weathering effect. I have mixed some pigments into paint to give it a gritty texture, like rust on exhaust systems or dirt, with good results.

Looking good GaryG64. :)

GaryG64, very nice indeed and perfect weathering.
What do you use as pigment fixer? I tried a couple and they "absorb" the pigment color.
