Here comes Snoopy in his Sopwith Camel.

I've gotten a little more done. The thin decals and Mr Softer work so well it looks painted because the detail really comes through.
However, layering the Ronudels has diminished the fine detail. I think if I ad a few more layers of Softer it might melt the decal down a little better.

I had to fashion a new rear landing gear, because I lost the original after it snapped off

Wednesday is my thigh/hip replacement surgery. I hope I'm able to get up the stairs as that is where my space is.
I'll have some free time.

All the best for Wed, sure everything will be fine. You will be able to run up the stairs to get the modelling done on Thursday !!!! Take care. Pantherman

I want to say thank you to my 3 brothers. Even though we have never met, I like how we have the bond that we have made.

Thanks again!

Really like the blue, just sings. Great detailing. You have been a busy boy. Pantherman
The blue one is a metal plane I recieved as a gift.
The small green on we got at the Lone Star Flight Museum. I was a simple build with a few screws.
And of course, our group build. That I'll be continuing on.

This rigging is hard for me.
I'm trying to do what I can tonight, 'cause I don't know when I would be able to use stairs.

This is where I stopped. One hiccup. I lost a back strut near the cockpit. I connected the line with Zap a Gap. It works... for now.

Also a few extra pics. Decals ate completed. I'll spay it later wit a light wash then a satin finish.

It's been a fun build, guys.
