Vallejo Polyurethane Gloss Varnish

Has anyone on this site used this product? And if so, what is your opinion and did you have the desired result of a nice gloss finish?

Meh… not a fan of Vallejo paint line. Vallejo tends to leave sort of a rubbery vinyl feel when dry.
