I dunno dude... that's the thing:

Orders from  £1.00  to £15.00 are £1.50 anywhere

Orders From £15.00 to £30.00 are £3.50 anywhere

Orders over £30.00 free shipping anywhere.

That seems cheap to me? That's what's odd.
