Tiger Meet Viper build W.I.P.

Some images of my W.I.P. Monogram Colonial Viper. I am doing "Boomers" ship from the O.S.T. show. I have purchased aftermarket decals that read, Lt. Herb Jefferson "Boomer" Of course Mr. Jefferson played Boomer. I created a back story of Boomer and this viper as the Colonial Fighter Weapons Competition on Aerolon. Vipers were "dressed-up" for the event and given a two digit tail number. Alclad paints were used to simulate the "hot Metal" effects and extra decals were obtained from JT Graphics for the thruster nozzle 'dots' seen on the model. Stripes were painted on using stencils from Aztek Dummy. Lots of masking and pre-shading. Chrome items are done with Alclad paints and Alclad sepia sprayed over that to weather a bit.

YEAH!!! Thats awesome! I wanted to create something like that by myself - but it didnt happen (instead it turned out a Japanese prototype paint job). If you dont mind, Id like to link that WIP to a German SciFi forum? There is currently a Viper GB running.
