These were given away at Model Kit, Comicon's and Sci-Fi Conventions to promote the sale of Monsters, Sci-Fi and Superheroes Model Kits! Building and painting tips are given along with pictures of coming kits!
These were published by the same folks who did Kitbuilers and Glue-Sniffers and several other Cap'n Penny publications: Terry J. Webb, Gordy Dutt and Bob Bruegman!
