As Paypal has a £10 bottom limit for transactions I've ordered two kits and yesterday received the two kits. So only five days from ordering! The parts are well detailed and with most of my tools still packed in the garage since our house move I shall try to build using just cutters and nail boards to assemble one of the kits as they are clipped together not needing any plastic cement!

Started today to 'clip' together one of these kits, here are the photo's from today:

Some superglue was needed on loose fitting parts.

Yes I am enjoying it a bit, I just wish there were no black parts, very difficult to see pins into holes when trying to put together! Next: the bodywork!

The bodywork work looks similar to my kit and I agree it's difficult at times to get the best fit. Pantherman

The good thing is that it clips together so you might have to strip it back a few steps to get the holes for the fairing parts to line up. Pantherman

I've got the side panels and the nose cone on, but the undertray is too narrow to fit.

Right, got it. That bottom cowling was a devil to get right, it took alot of gentle squeezing to make it fit. I fitted one side and taped it in place then alot of gentle persuasion to get it to clip into the other side. Think I dropped a little bit of glue on it to make sure it stayed in place. Pantherman

I like you tried the same but there seems to be too much under there for it to fit properly! I shall still try to add some decals at least! If I was still in my previous cabin I would cut the cowling in half lengthways and add a thin strip of evergreen to it to fit.

All done! Fuel Tank decal cracked, hole in decal too small for filler cap!
