This is my entry into the contest. I am pretty excited to see what I can do with this between work, chasing Striped Bass and the NHL playoffs. It won't be anything crazy just some weathering and shading which will be my first real effort at it. After not being in the hobby for awhile I have learned there are so many things that you can do. Good luck to everyone and have fun!!!

Cool... armor! ;D

That's a decent kit too, I remember building that one.

I remember building this as well, converted it to a M6 Linebacker (same vehicle just the TOW launcher is replaced by a Stinger Box to be an AA vehicle)

If I remember correctly the kit builds like a typical Tamiya kit with little to no problems!!

Thanks Fellas!! I like Tamiya they go together well and look decent. I have my eye on this sum beech http://store.spruebrothers.com/135-dragon-m1a1-aim-abrams---all-new-tooling-wbonus-parts-3535-p9067.aspx for the future after I build the M2A2 for the contest and the two other kits I got going. One is in construction and the other I consider my sacrificial lamb,I am breaking my weathering and shading cherry with it LOL

I am following the Flyers in the Playoffs. They are playing cool hand luke right now throwing off everyone with subpar play and pissing off the bandwagon fans but that is ok with me ;)

I better get myself one of these.... I build the OLD 1987 early prod. with full interior... but this one looks even more (MEAN)

Looking forward to your build !

Norm.
