Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing well. I just dropped in to ask a question but wanted to also say howdy. :)

First i wanted to say that i used my model spray paints to paint my RV toilet, grey primer then white paint, then clear. Looks like new, i hate to use it now lol...

My question is about silicone grease with PTFE. I am cleaning my Jig Saw and google AI tells me that the MFG Hitachi recommends silicone grease with PTFE which i believe is an additive for high temperature endurance. It all started when i broke a part on the saw and ordered another one. I have never cleaned this thing (i should have) in a few years and it was full of sawdust that stuck to the grease. So i cleaned out most of the bad grease and now i have to regrease it. I found some stuff online (nothing local) called super lube that has PTFE and then KEZE, both are $20 to $40 for a 3oz tube. I also found a tube by Haynes called machine lube for $12 and ordered that. Also somewhere i read that people substitute white litheum grease if silicone grease with PTFE is not available, i dont know about that.

I was wondering if they are all pretty similar and all will work well in my Jig Saw? If you use silicone grease with PTFE, what brand do you use for your shop tools and why?

Yes inside gears and stuff. :) Oh OK thanks for the link, so i can use litheum grease, awesome i will get some for next time. I have several tools to clean. :)
