When I get home tonight, I will upload pics of my "survival series". I built rollbars and exo-cages from leftover sprues, used wash techniques to weather engine parts and undercarriage, Mig pigments for dust and rust and dirt piles, and a torch to warm the plastic to simulate body damage. My truck shop diorama and my Peterbilt+"Death Race-inspired" trailer are currently at the fair for judging. I scratchbuilt a napalm cannon for the front of the trailer. It was a long process for such a big item, but worth it and fun.
