Recommendations for 1/48 helo and aircrew?

Does anyone have any recommendations on company's that make 1/48 scale helo pilots and combat jet pilots? Either as a upgrade to the included pilot in the kit or to provide one that is missng?

Check out CMK models. They make a 1/48 Helo Pilot set. Pilot, co-pilot, and 2 door gunners I believe
