Looking at your video the ones on the main wing tips appear to be blue it has to be a an A-10 thing.. positional lights are red and green like you said and they are in the wing tips and belly of the planes fuselage, formation lights I didn't know where blue but then again I fly civil aircraft not military. I live with in the McGuire/Lakehurst joint base flight path I'll have to pay attention now to planes flying over head and see what lights are lit up. They have to fly with lights on here because they have several small airports and 3 large airports with airspace nearly on top of each other
