It dries to touch pretty quick but I usually give it a couple days at least for safe measure, seems to work for me. Yes, right over the masks, but I go a little heavier where the decals will go, lighter over the other areas, like canopy. How do you know when it's dry enough? And you sprayed right over the canopy masks?
