I like the tracks frozen in the ice, the colour and opaqueness of which is very well done!
As each addition of the groundwork is attached to the base, I mist/dust the base with rattle can white primer from about 24-30 inches. The point is not to get too heavy a covering at on at one time. I dusted the base. I added the ground cover and dusted it again. Then the plants protruding from the ground cover, 3rd dusting, you get the idea.... light build up of almost dry paint when it hits. It creates a fine granular texture as well as turning it all white. What did you use for the snow? I've been messing around with white tile grout and while the gran is acceptable it is too yellow for my taste
Nice... I've been trying something similar, with different backgrounds, setting up in front of a wide monitor, easy to try several in succession... as well as zoom in or out to adjust for scale and perspective. Especially if playing to digital media to share my builds, when I start building dios, I'll try to tie them into the backgrounds.Experimenting
