i got this one painted and decaled and will let those sit a few days and then clearcoat and polish it

Nice work. How long do you wait before clear coat?

i wait a few hours, just want the decals to set and dry nice. I cleared it last night (I use dupli-color- acrylic enamel clear) and am working on polishing it up

heres the hood
I wetsand with 2000 grit until there is no more glossy spots. then rub it out with tamiya coarse compound, and finish with turtle wax polishing compound
