Hey everyone. I'm new as of August 31st, 2023.
I am in Minneapolis, Minnesota and mainly build cars. I built a lot as a kid in the 80s and into the early 90s. Then I got a license and worked on real cars. I came back to model buildingabout 5 years ago.
Shortly after I came back to modeling 5 years ago, I found a local model car club, RPM Model Car Club. I attend their meetings, and local shows now.
When I came back to the hobby I mainly built rally cars and a classic car here and there. And with every build I try to learn a new skill. Then I tried a lowrider build. I even tried to paint a model so it looks like a 2D drawing. Now I am trying to learn how to add modifications and 3D parts, plus more detail.
Here are a couple recent examples of what I have built.
