Neo, I know how to make the circuits you want.  I am going to make a video about those very same circuits very, very soon.   It is all a matter of finding the time to sit down and do so.  But if you want to get a jump on it, I did a write up of them here:

I listed the parts required and how I adjusted the blink rate.

I am going to use one of those circuits in my MF group build so that the cockpit will have a few blinking lights.
