Good enough?

what do you think about the seams and imperfections of this model?

Looks good to me ... but if you are concerned with the ghosting and texture difference you could use a another coat of primer and wet sand it with 600-1000 grit sandpaper. Just my .02
 
Never seen that model before. It looks like a Space ship from "Mars Invasion" but Im not sure
 
I would give it a primer coat and take a look that way. Primer can bring out any imperfections in the finish that you can't find with your fingers when you give it a feel.

Also that model is suppose to be copper in color, so with metallic paint I would give her a primer coat. Imperfections will show in that kind of paint.

The model is from the 1963 movie War of the Worlds. It is the Martian war machine.
