Did a quick weekend build on this kit. A lot of people know that this is not the best fitting kit, that being said, I am happy with the results. The only think I regret is rushing myself on finishing the black window trim, which did not come out as evenly as I wanted. I did lower the stance quite a bit and wish the wheels were built a little better though. I also did my first flocking job for the interior as well. Hope you guys like it!

Cool! I'm a huge Initial D fan, but I wasn't sure whether to get the Fujimi or Aoshima kits. How was the quality on this?

This kit was not the best of kits. The front bumper was a lot to deal with and the wheels were almost a joke to work with. I had to do a lot of modifications in order for this to just glue together. For the price these go for, I would pass and try another kit.

I ordered the tamiya kit that looks identical to this kit. I wonder if its the same thing. Anyone know?
Good job BTW the car looks great. I love the flocking
