For the SIFI Freak in all of Us

Seeing as it is a Lambo, I would think it would have paddle shift on it anyway, so not really a standard in the strictest sense of the words, then again, not an automatic in the strictest sense either.

Still have to shift the gears using the paddles, but it doesn't have a clutch to press to do so. Most of the exotics don't have a true standard transmission anymore. I think the Ferrari 458, you only have one choice with the paddle shifters. Best of both worlds really, everyone can drive it.

wasn't the McLaren F1 a single seated car also?
 
Lambourgini is doing this as a one-off, from what I read.
Definitely an interesting subject, though.

And, to my knowledge, the McLaren F1 was a two-seater

You know...Mr. Bean drives a McLaren F1. He has crashed it twice, the last time the repairs on it were in excess of $500,000, which is really not so much considering it is a $1.5million car.

Maybe he should stick to a Mini?
