To far north and west to concern me in S FloriDUH(I'm just south of WPB), but it could bring some heavy rain from the Big Bend(Perry, FL) west into the panhandle(Tallahassee, Marion, P-cola etc) along with 'bama, 'ssippi and Louisiana… Never a good thing but, Trop Storms aren't 'canes. Localized flooding, power outages, but not the destruction a Cat 3+ brings.
Always good to pay attention and a good reminder that June 1st(?) was the Official start of H season. EVERYONE should've started onboarding basic supplies, testing generators, dusting off the Evac plan and making sure it was still workable(things DO change), replacing OOD supplies…
Nothing worse then being part of the panic crowd because you didn't preplan and now you think it's the gooberments job to bail your silly @$$ out! That really annoys me. IF you are going to stick, 7-10 days of supplies should be your MINIMUM loadout! No matter what happens, NOBODY should have to risk their lives because YOU were to stubborn to leave 2-5 days in advance of a big one or planned well enough for a little one that blew up…
Thanks for these heads ups Urumomo
