More progress. The engineering on this kit continues to blow me away. The engine assembly was shockingly easy compared to the detail you get.

Looking great, I love the paint-flaking off look, makes the late-war IJA/IJN aircraft fun!

The canopy was the last innovation on this kit. This is unique as far as a I know.

I've seen it done by Zoukei Mura, but not in 1/48 scale, so I think you are right.
