Fantasy Flight Games Star Wars Legion Stormtroopers

G'Day All,

Back on to the minis this month. Have quite a few on the bench to be painted up.

First up are the Fantasy Flight Games Star Wars Legion Stormtroopers.
The bases are Star Wars Legion bases.

This should be a quick build/paint. Primed in Grey and then airbrushed with Gunze H1 Gloss White using zenithal highlighting techniques.

it was, until i picked them up this morning to look at the finish and found seam lines ... so had a few minutes of scraping, now to redo the paint

I had that problem as well. Very annoying.

I found an easy production style way to finish them to "tabletop" standards is to zenithal paint the stormtroopers base white coat over a grey primer. then paint the black details like the eyes and undersuit, then just use a dark grey oil wash. Let it dry about a week, then do some white highlighting/drybrushing

yeah, thats the style i'll most likely use. Don't know how you would highlight to begin with
