A recent completion of mine. This is a great kit, almost builds itself. I have a couple more of these in the stash that I'm looking forward to building. This build was OOB with minimal weathering. Still a bit nervous about applying wear and tear after spending hours and hours building an expensive kit like this, but I'm getting there.

Great work David. Nice clean build. I believe the 890 painted on the cowling was a temporary number applied at the factory, so if it was still visible, chances are the aircraft would have been relatively new.
I have the same kit in the stash, it is really tempting to build, it may get done for the Pacific War special category at next years CAMS.
