It was going to be in a group build contest for dirt racers on the accursed FB, I built the engine because i like 12 cyl mills, i have Chevys Allisons and Roles Merlins, so i wanted a Boss. I entered the pics of the parts i was using such as the engine the wheels and body and other small parts because i had to make everything else. Well by next day i was told i had to change the engine because it was already built, ahh yea,! i built it, it really matters with the amount of work im going to have to do to build the car? After a couple more messages and opinions from the admins friends i bowed out. I love this hobby , i help, i make parts for people , i give things away i know i wont use, and i build whole engines for people if they want, or if they know they cant do the detail anymore so this pettiness steamed my clams. I went at the build and made sure i got it done by the contest end, the day after i posted all the build pics to the group and bid them farewell, The winner was i nicely detailed out of the box monster truck .
