Just need to clean it up a bit and deepen some lines, then it's time for the sculpting some parts of the gaiters and cabling the shoulders.

Then just add arms, cables and it's priming time.
Almost time for painting... I actually bought primer, red baseoat and another red paint... it is on!

Fantastic work! I absolutely love it and being a fan of Kobayashi-san's work this is a treat to see! It's not often I see someone go this route but it is a joy to see when it happens, rather inspiring too! ;D

Crappy pictures, yes, trouble with focussing because it's too evenly black.
But you get the idea, it's black.
I'll go and make him red soon
