Dragonfly aka Focke-Wulf Triebfugel. This was a hypothetical Luft '46 , vertical take off & land
interceptor. Armed with 2-30mm and 2-20mm canons. Made to be a bomber killer.
I made this dio about 4 yrs. ago. Found it in bottom of crate in pieces. Touched up paint and
glued back together. Phoenix is risen from the ashes. The Triebflugel is scratchbuilt, fuselage is
carved wood, wings & tail fins are styrene, cockpit & landing gear are from spares. Truck, generator,
and figures are Tamiya. Scaffold and gantry are scratchbuilt.

Thanks, spud. I'm glad to share my models with you guys here on SMA.

Yeah ...That is pretty cool 8) Looks like something they would have had a go at building . Nice camo ,The dio is well done too :)

Chris.

Thanks, Chris S. They actually had this design in the works. It was in wind tunnel testing at the end
of the war. No airfields and cheap to produce were the motivators to its production. The thing
looks like Science fiction to me...HAHA! Bill.

Great Job P-MAN! Love the camo. Super detail on this one ...especialy considering scratch built! keep it up. Gantry is also very inventive.

Thanks, Rentar1. I appreciate the kind comments. Kinda got a thing for crazy
German wonder weapons.
It's nice when things come together in a dio. Bill.
