3D Jeep

I received this 3D kit in the post and have today added sides like a van, BUT should I have the panels on the inside or outside?

Hey, you got me wondering too, a quick search returned '50s examples, all with the window 'frame' showing, and the panel inside.

The car guys should know for sure!

I built about 18 months ago, the Airfix Jeep Quicksand, just a cheapy clip together!

The chassis and interior, and I'm presently adding further body parts and painting the bodyshell.

DISASTER! Dropped the body after a few coats of paint and it's shattered! I'm trying to superglue it all back together, although some bits seem to have flown away! Here we are the remains of the shell stuck back together! I'm pleased to say that the 3D specialist is creating another bodyshell for me in a few weeks time1

Back now and fixed. Ready for the farm!
