Question for the original post.

So let me get your order of oprations straight. Please correct me if I am wrong.

1. Paint wheels and install them in tires.

2. clearcoat tires

3. Install decals

3. Dullcoat tires with decals on them

4. Weather as needed for more realistic look

Is this correct?
