1/48 He 219 UHU (Tamiya) Ready for inspection.

Very nice finish. One of the best kits ever made, in my opinion. Looks great!

    Tamiya 1:48 He 219

Awesome job on one of my favorite kits. You nailed it! Aaron

    Tamiya 1:48 He 219

Wow. Really stunning finish! It's always tempting to hurry a paint job, but remember it's a good rule of thumb to spend at least as long painting a model as you do constructing it. Take your time with the touch ups and really polish it off! Aaron

    Tamiya 1:48 He 219

That gear can be tricky. I managed to get it together, but the whole time I felt like I needed three hands. :D Aaron

IAR 81C- building the 1/48 Icaerodesign resin kit

Following Chuk! I'll never have the courage to tackle a resin kit, but I love watching you work through them. Aaron

    "Miss Ceasar", P-47 Thunderbolt, 1/48

Nice choice of markings! I hope you have noticed; those decals are for a P-47D while your kit is a P-47N. The wingspan is larger on the N and the wing tips were squared off as well. No matter though, those markings will look sweet! Aaron

    Focke Wulf 190-A8 1/144

Very small. What the heck is that hump behind the cockpit? Fw-190s don't have that. For paint, I love Model Master, both acryl and enamel. I've never sprayed Tamiya paints because I need to mix so many colors together, it's just easier to buy the right colors in the MM line. Aaron

    Heinkel 219 uhu

Arguably one of Tamiya's finest 1/48 scale props. I love this kit, you've done a fantastic job! The landing gear are especially tricky to assemble. Aaron

    Revell F-14D Tomcat, second build

I use Squadron Green putty. They also make white putty. A lot of people use super glue, but I have trouble knowing when it's dry enough to sand vs. when it's dried for too long and can't sand it effectively. Start trying the Tamiya putty. If you don't like it, try something else. A good...

    BF109- Help !!

JG 26 (JG = Jagdgeschwader, which is german for Fighter Squadron) was a famous German squadron which flew from air bases in France and Belgium during WWII. There was a short time when some of its groups were in Sicily, and even a group transfer to the Eastern Front for a while. The most famous...

    Another Revell 1/48 B-25 WIP

Nice Mitchell! How did you make the glass fit over the nose without destroying it? I love the Revell kit, but I prefer the Gun-Nose version. Aaron
