Cheers fellas. Only problem with a big work space like ive got is it inevitably ends up covered in junk. I try and keep it clean, but it creeps up on me, i mainly work on my cutting matt and the rest gets ignored untill i start fighting for room for things.

On another forum, in another time, i saw a guy do something similar. Except in his case it was a 32nd scale F-16, he took a spare intake, heated up the red plastic he was going to use for the FOD cover, then stretched it over the spare intake. This gave him the exact fit he was after. Trimmed it...
