Hey hey! Yup there was one flying for the RNZAF I'm doing this one as part of a bmf group build I'll be painting on the nav lights after fixing the Oops I did Decals are on their way from Ventura decals. Metal is two shades of alclad and the white and black are tamiya acrylics.

Its a great kit except for that mold line on the fuselage - a paint to deal with that one! Anyhow - this was a great build for me, I did it twice so good luck with yours!!!

I have always liked the rugged looks of the 21. If I were to do a few jets, this would be one of them. Looking forward to seeing more!

I really like the panel lines on this kit and your effort at 'modulating' the paint looks great to me!

The pit is together and ready for installation. The finemolds belts are very nice. I imagine they would be even better if glued to styrene but these ones are on the PE seat. I replaced the instrument panel with the old Eduard one for the Hase F4U-4.... its not their best IP but a little nicer...

Well - it doesn't seem like I have done a whole lot but this is a busy build, a lot of parts and yes, I "had" to add a little here and there. Cockpit floor and consoles - I added some PE handles Sidewall - the framing is from the kit but for some reason the kit did not include a thottle...
