What are the chances ill be able to get Revell D-7 replacement clear parts on there own? Since my big move, the hull is now delightfully smooth. BUT I HAVE LOST THE CLEAR PARTS!?!?!?! Anyone help?

You did indeed. But im kinda settled round my new house now. And mum n dad have been quite accommodating about having a corner of the shed as my "man cave". So, i had a fiddle with the D-7 and stared longingly at Voyager too. Plus, my refit haunts me in my sleep. I crave getting back to it.

Ill be honest. For a "new" kit, the main hull leaves lots to be desired when it comes to seamage. I mean, most of the modern kits need no more than a hobby knife and some sandpaper. this thing needed a trowl >:(

It just wasnt bright enough! but it was the "warm" stuff, i went for lights like the sun for this one.

its not tape, the tape was worse than useless. both in the big bulge, and the bridge lights!

just a quickie from my phone. on the down side. I dropped the neck, and cracked all the filler and smoothing. ill have to let the glue re set tonight, and fix it tomorrow.

i tend not to wear it out in public much. but it is funny.
