I have just bought this black wire which I think will work well for the rest of the rigging. Might have to strip out the thread rigging if the wire looks better. Pantherman

That's great! Way better than the guitar string. I just ordered a spool from Amazon. It should be there when I return home Sunday.

This drive was by far the logest drive I've ever done and we did it in one go. 19 hours! We left our house, in Houston, at 5 am Tuesday and got here around 2am Wednesday.
We went through Louisiana to Mississippi, Alabama, and a little through Georgia, to Tennessee. Troopers were EVERYWHERE, just catching speeders.
But, we made it here safely.
We are BOT driving straight through on the way home. We are stopping at a hotel for the night in Louisiana.then 9 hours home.

Next time we are flying. That only takes 2 hours! Lol

Done a little bit more. Bottom wing decals Done, got some more rigging and the undercarriage done. On the home straight now I think. Pantherman

Decals done so I'm getting closer to the finish line. Pantherman

The white round decal would not fully release. Something wrong with water slide paper. I won’t be using them on the top wing.
The first pic is the front. You can see where it didn’t release.
The second pic is the back. The white area is not releasing.





I got the underside decals on.

Great job on the decals. I am finding they are quite delicate and once they’re on they don’t like to be adjusted.

No they don't like it at all. They are extremely delicate & thin.

I found that using cold water and leaving them just a little bit longer to soak then they seemed a little bit more robust. Pantherman

I am calling this build COMPLETE. This was a great kit to build and I had a lot of fun.
I built it and part of it built me. HA!!
I think it will be a while before I build another biplane
