Surfboards made from foam

I made 3 surfboards from 6mm foam. Measurements are:
10 cm high
2.5 cm across
I used acrylic paint and a blade to cut them (scissors will cut uneven). One coat of acrylic paint wasn't enough for the foam to absorb; three worked.
I used a heat gun to smooth out any rough edges around the sides
