Enlisted with my brother in 1965, hit Yankee Station in Winter '67 got home, resumed my education got back into scale modeling after getting married, raised 2 kids, put life on hold, no building but as fortunes improved was able to afford kits and became a defacto "collector". Focus most of my attention on aviation subjects, particularly USN/USMC/USCG/USAAC etc. The First Team is a huge influence on subject choices so I have Grumman F4F-3's in my collection, also the USAAC Bombers that sortied from Midway Island June 4,5 and 6, the Cats and VO birds that fished survivors out of the waters. Just added Hph 1/48 B-52H, Titan's 1/48 B-2 to my Revell B-1B. Picked up a couple of Italieri 1/48 C-130J's to "fly" with my OMM 1/48 resin 3-D printed P-3C. I'm gonna be busy.
