Simple case from Micheals supposed to be 3 collectors baseball display,..but for $40 CDN it's a great dust cover. I screw it down up through the bottom to keep fingers off. I added a 1/4" self adhesive rigid foam insulating sheet to replicate a road on which he has parked in the oncoming lane, and has left the vehicle ....idiot
He loved it
Next on the bench is this McLaren MP 4/13

I used the Craftsmart paint through an airbrush...I'll wait till tomorrow night to put a clear coat on
Cheers

... and I thought I was the only one with these antique Heller kits!

I have a bunch of those re-released heller Diorama sets. Koufra and Samaur are two of them. The figures and equipment are not great, but they offer subjects usually only available in resin. The Samaur set has the anti-tank gun and crew, the Gnome-Rhone motorcycle and the Hotchkiss MG and crew. I have other sets of heller figures just for nostalgic reasons.

The Fiat altered will go on the bench first, will start washing the parts and getting rid of the nibs. Need to start looking for more pics of the car for details and paint, dont think i will ever find the decals. A suggestion was made to do it like the picture , if i can find a printed crank shaft someplace i will.
