WWII German DAK - Nutsplanet – 54mm SD
Recently in my hands fell figurine depicting a German soldier from Africa, or better known as DAK. This figure is produced by a newly formed company Nutsplanet, whose aim is to produce deformed figures, the SD (Super Deformed). Figure is 54mm scale and all its height is 65mm. Sculpted by Jun-Sik Ahn who also carves for Young Miniatures and box art was painted Myeong-Ha Hwang.
Figure consists of 13 elements with the stand, where we find a small lizard that adds climate to the entire scene.
Box.
The set also includes a card with the design sketch from which the figure was sculpted.
Torso is molded together with legs and shoes.
Head
Cap with goggles
Stand with visible lizard.
Cactus.
Hands
Additional elements like a cigarette/cigar, water bottle, canteen, shovel and rifle strap.
Rifle.
This beautifully sculpted figure will be great additions to each collection and I highly recommend getting it.
