AK Interactive has a great line that I've used on a few kits. Easy to work with and great effects.

In the end, it's what you want to do for effects and what your budget can afford. I suggest taking your time and research each mentioned here and then come to a decision. I've seen some great kits weathered using nothing more than pastels ground up and dusted on.
