Built this really old Italalerei (Italery) kit.

According to scalemates its manufactured in the sixties.

Must have been state of the art back then.

The parts did fit pretty well, have seen alot worse. The details are sometimes really greate, sometimes not that good. Overall it was a painless build. I did enjoy it.

Hey Beeble ;D

I just saw this . Why you hide it here ?

I like the hi-mileage tires . Is that intentional ?
The figs remind me of Tamiya's - - but they're not all that bad for the time period .
The guns look great . the only thing I would critique would be the sheen on the uniforms . ... unless the Reds wore poly or RayonTM ;)

They look all naughty-ready floating above the corks :D

see you soon over on Huffinstrasse

No, nothing intentional ;D

Pretty decent kit I must say.
I applied a second light rust wash on the skin (trying to fix the eyes) and now they look liked they passed out drunk and got sun burned. Got to fix that..but for now they end up in a shoe box or something.
Got new stuff I rather build.

Your right about the sheen, had not sealed them with flat clear.

See you at Huffinstrasse!
