Have had these for awhile and given out my last extra copies, so decided to scan them in and upload them to my Fotki for those that needed them, and to post them here for easy reference.
Since the website resizes the photos, and some of the printing is very small, you can follow this link to the album, and at the top of each individual photo, there is a button that says "Download Original File". If you click on that another window should open with the photo in it's original larger size, which will make the printing more readable.
